Song For The Forest
There was a young boy who was alone
He had no friends to help him now
And tears of sadness
Filled his soul
He decided one day to go
He knew there’s no way to go back
So he took his guitar and entered
Into the forest
He sat on a stump
And played the first note
When they heard this sound
Trees silenced
He played so well
That trees met Love
He played so well

And he played all the day even sometimes
When he can’t sleep he was playing the night
Broad-leaves were here to listen
To his melody
Mornings he washed himself
In the river
Every days were the same
He composed for them

The rain was falling
Trees recovered him
Although he doesn’t need it
His roof is this thick leaves
What does he eat nobody knows
Perhaps the fruit of the trees
Or maybe lived he on
His music
The forest
Became his sanctuary
Trees grew stronger
And leaves were glittering

He played again
With the cold
Strings cut his finger
He was bleeding
But he didn’t stop to play
He rocked their deep sleep
While knowing they will awake
For the next spring
But that day
He won’t come
Trees doesn’t know it
And they stay up

He has been killed
By a hunter
Where was his body grew a flower
He will always be with them
